Thank you for giving us the opportunity to host your stay. We are sorry you felt this way. As per your message via the Expedia team and then personally informing us on your arrival, your work in Delhi was already over and you no longer needed an accommodation. You proposed two alternatives to us 1) Either we give you a cash refund for the nights that you would not stay with us or 2) we allow another guest of your choosing to stay in your room instead of you. Unfortunately, we could not process either of your requests as we do not receive any advance from Expedia and our policies do not allow for changing the guest. Upon your departure, we promptly informed Expedia to process your refund in full, which we believe has already been done. Thank you for your business.
