Well-located for our needs. Staff was excellent and we were wonderfully looked after from beginning to end. Decent breakfast choices. We stayed in the refurbished rooms, which made for a very pleasant stay.

Staff, room, and breakfast buffet -- excellent! Location of hotel is in suspect area, very close to Metro but wouldnt feel safe to walk at night. And there is nothing to walk to anyway.

The staff are amazing. Hotel is in a good location. Hotel needs to be jazzed up a bit. Management needs to take more interest in the day to day tidiness and do something abt the boring depress decor.

All the staff were very polite, there was almost immediate response to requests from housekeeping. Shri Tarakeswar in the lobby was always nice, tolerant and helpful. In the restaurant the food was oversalted to the extent that it made us feel listless within 30 minutes of eating and only subsided after drinking lots of water. This needs to be addressed.

The Park Inn by Radisson Lajpat Nagar is a small but neat business hotel in South Delhi. The location is not ideal as it’s not close to any business or commercial centre. But if that’s not an issue, there are no other problems with the hotel. It offers good rates and has one restaurant on site.

Water from shower cabin flows out to the main bathroom area. Phone in the room would work sometimes and when it did it worked on speaker mode and would mostly always dial the previous number dialled without you pressing them Some dishes like quinoa salad were under prepared and not done well. Burgers were good. Indian food (rotis and paranthas) was excellent Breakfast buffet was very very limited and no Dosa options. Sleep quality was good, bed was very good. Their in-house toiletries are sub par, carry your own if you book. No matter what was your preference, they allot rooms on the spot and do not heed to your requests for high floors and non smoking room. Staff were courteous and helpful with Laundry and Iron Table

Business Hotel Close to Metro
The hotel is modern clean with friendly staff. Rooms 8/10 modern, clean with amenities. Not overly spacious but extremely functional and suitable for business and leisure travellers alike. Location 7/10 Although not in the centre of town, it's 1 min proximity to the modern metro (pleasant when taken outside of peak times) makes it very accessible to the whole city. Location around doesn't offer a lot although defence colony has lots of choice and is a 20 mins walk or short uber away. Breakfast 8/10 good selection of cooked, fresh and baked dishes both local and international. Table service for hot drinks.

Easy transport, friendly staff, clean rooms
I loved the accessibility to the Moolchand Metro Station! It made it easy to find an auto, rickshaw, or hop on the metro for further locations. The staff were so friendly and helpful and my friends and I enjoyed breakfast very much! Everything was super clean, comfortable beds, even the pull out bed had a comfy mattress! The morning newspaper was wonderful and the amazing Independence Day sweets delivered to our door was a pleasant surprise! Only recommendation is to add a wall clock! Besides that, this is my new favorite Delhi hotel!

2 night stopover stay.
We enjoyed our stay, we found the location adjacent to a metro station perfect. Breakfast was satisfactory and the reception staff were busy but helpful.

We had a pleasant check in, overnight stay and breakfast was nice. It took a number of requests to get bath towels and the bar prices are very expensive.
