Stay here only if no other choice !!!

Needs updating. Carpets were stinking. Breakfast was poor with not much being served unless asked for. Staff looked exhausted, tired and over worked.

An above average experience

First of all the hotel staff is not so friendly and is very dull and lethargic. The quality of food served in breakfast was not too good and quality of room is also above average. The room in which I stayed had water logged in the bathroom the whole time.

Stinky hotel location near sewer canal.

Staff is nice. Breakfast is good. Room needs maintenance and bathroom has old rusty fixtures. Towels stink, soap don't work due to heavy water. Hotel is frequented by company parties, where they get drunk and make very loud noise All night long. Will never stay here again for that reason.

Kindly gear up for the service.

Service was not appropriate. You call them, receptionist will say someone will come but no body will turn up. However, at the price charged it was a good deal.

Does the job well...don't be picky!

Conveniently located in East Delhi next to highway. Not far from local market. Hotel staff is very friendly, dedicated and willing to offer any help. Restaurant surprised me. Great food, drinks and restaurant staff. Very caring! Just be open minded and don't nitpick. Remember this is not a 5 star hotel so balance your expectations. Location could have been a little more central and away from industrial type setup. But being a bit away from the hub-hub of the city might be a plus for some people. If you see anything wrong, ask the hotel staff to fix. They gladly addressed a couple of issues in my room within minutes.

Nasty hotel to stay.

Room A/C is not working. We remained hotel staff number of times and their response is stunning. They changed the room when we are at front desk till they changed the room. Otherwise they are reluctant. Room booked through Expedia having discount means they curtail lots of comforts like hair dryer not there, A/C not working etc., Mosquitoes in the night made us to awake in the night.

Terrible Hotel

The hotel sucks. Its in a terrible location and there is no way you can leave it once you are there. The hotel staff are useless. I made a wakeup call and they never rang. My driver heard them laughing that they never called and told me. The restaurant is named 24/7 but the service is not. I called to get breakfast very early but there was no way they would do it. The restaurant and room service is not 24/7 its only the name of their restaurant. Talking about the restaurant, one waiter was very rude, picking his nose at the bar then serving guests. The food is ok. Not great but not bad either. Most of it looks like it comes from packets anyway. All in all, if you are staying in New Delhi, stay somewhere more central as this place is too far out and there is absolutely nothing to do in the area.

Ok hotel just for an overnight stay.

The hotel ambiance and quality was fine. Could have been a bit better for a 4* but I would say at par. Room Service was good and so was the front office etc. Housekeeping was terrible. Terrible enough not to visit them again. It takes an hour and a half to get an iron in the room and after the morning clean, towels are removed and fresh ones are replaced only after 8pm... forget about getting ready to go for an evening function or a party. Laundry arrived 2 hours after we had checked out and it destroyed half our day in just waiting to leave the hotel despite the fact that the clothes were given for the laundry the previous day early morning. In room safe did not work for 3 days despite constant reminders and only worked one day before checkout.

Very bad staff.

After explaining all the needs for taxi and acceptance of fare...surprise you with additional unknown charges...you can not even make a call without their help. This hotel is being run on the mercy of medical tourism guests. It is hardly 2.5 star hotel and room rent for that star rating is high.

sorry to inform you, we have booked the room on 20th of dec & check out 21st dec, since there was a delay in the train which we came from khuajraho to Delhi by 10hrs,which was supposed to come in the morning 5.30am 21st dec, we went to the hotel @2.30pm & requested a lot to the receptionist,give us room for 3hrs,he refused to accodamate, we felt very bad & went to the airport.

Not a very good stay

The hotel is getting old and needs renovation. The rooms are decent. I visited during last week and it was really cold. The room heater was not working. When I called the facilities, they said they have switched it off. He did not have any reason why they have done it.I had to ask for a separate room heater which they provided. Overall it was not very pleasant experience.

Good hotel at bad location

hotel rooms are good and spacious but a waste water drain is near by which adds little discomfort. The carpet in the corridor needs replacement. Services by hotel staff are good.
