Property looked dirty and dusty. Cleanliness rating 5/10. It says Pet Friendly but when we got there, they said pets were not allowed. Allowed pet to stay after we showed them the pet policy on Expedia. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I booked a room through Expedia and I specifically mentioned that we will arrive about 3 am, but when we arrived there, they woke up and said: "no room"!!! I said I have already booked. One of them which was better than that scary guy started looking for our booking and after a few minutes he found our booking. He said he will take us to another nearby hotel which is actually a part of Krishna hotel. The area is scary at night. They took us to that hotel which was a small hotel and in much lower condition and showed us a room which looked good, but we found the sheets dirty and there was no hot water and the room was very cold. We couldn't sleep until morning and when we asked for breakfast they said 8 o'clock which was too late for us and we had to go for a tour. The next night we stayed in Krishna hotel which was a good hotel. The room was big and clean, but there were a few problems: The workers always stood and asked for tip. I ordered breakfast and they did not bring it until after an hour when I called them again. That area is not good at all. Very crowded and busy. a narrow street full of honking tuk tuks from early morning. Considering the problems we had the last night, they charged us reasonably. Overally, I can describe this hotel as a good hotel with good price, but in a bad neighborhood. There should be a reason for paying less.

Had to stay here for one night due to problems with another hotel. The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. Rooms were very comfortable with large beds, large showers and unlimited hot water with no wait time.

Bad Experience

They overcharged us and they charged us extra for breakfast in which they served rotten eggs. We showed them and they didn't do anything about it. They did not provide car parking even though we payed for it. We do not recommend this hotel.

The Staff is very accommodating and friendly! Location is great with easy access to key locations in New Delhi. Hotel Krishna is a great value for the money and I recommend it highly.

This hotel is located in a bustling street and has nice restaurants shops and stores nearby. It is also close to the railway station. We had a very big room on the ground floor and it was clean and cool. The hotel staff were helpful and knowlegable about the local area. A good place to stay in Delhi much better than the area of Connaught Place in our opinion.

Clean and really spacious room. Kettle, cups and tea in the room. Water is filtered, we used tap water (boiled, of course) for our tea and had no problem. Breakfast was okay, nice it was included. Easily walkable to New Delhi station and ideal if you're taking an early train to Agra from New Delhi. Most taxi/tuktuk drivers found the road (and the hotel) without any issues. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Friendly, great beds, super location

This hotel is value for money. The location is excellent, the staff very friendly, the beds are great, and our room was quite big with a good shower. Breakfast excellent. We could not have asked for more. Would highly recommend.

Nice Rooms, Great Breakfast Buffet

This was our intermediate stop. This is a nice businessperson's hotel. Nice rooms, a little on the small size but nicely appointed bathrooms. One of the best breakfast buffets during our trip. A little bit of noise outside the room late at night but no complaints.

A lovely night stay for a local. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a little trouble with room keys having to get them changed a few times but was informed they were in the process of changing the system.

Great food and service, good location

This is a hotel with location just outside the main tourist area, but still close to a lot of attractions and Connaught place (CP). The neighbourhood is not as nice as around the main tourist part of Delhi, but I actually felt more safe here (and got a lot less "hustled" here than in CP). There is some noice from outside, but that`s just how it is all over Delhi. Inside, the hotel is not new, but was nice and clean, and the room was big with a sofa area. Shower had plenty of hot water. And the food as this hotel was GREAT. The outside part of the the rooftop restaurant was not open, so I ended up having most of my meals by roomservice. And since the food was so great, I ended up having both lunch and late dinner in the cosy sofa area in my room. And the service was excellent, quick and very polite, especially from Kanhaiya, which was in charge of my floor, Thank you! The hotel also had a tour service which I tried when I ordered sightseeing, and that was also good. All in all you get great value for your money at this budget hotel

Very Poor Hotel

This hotel is located in very poor area. Bathroom was very dirty. There was always some smell in the room. Housekeeping was very poor. Internet connection was very very poor. Toiletries were never sufficient and I need to call every day for toilet paper, towels etc.There was no variation in breakfast. Dishes in dinning hall were not properly clean. Hotel staff were not professional. I will not give 3 star rating to this hotel.

Best customer service

I found best hotel in Delhi. Very polite and helpful staff. I feel like a home. Very easy access to metro to commute. The roof top restaurant is very nice. I would to stay next time as they deserve it.
