Room was not up to the mark. There were cockroaches roaming around. No window, no ventilation, no tea/coffee, hot water maker or water bottle in room. Same bathroom kit for all three days. Washroom was not clean. Continuous noises outside the room for one full night. Charged extra under the name of 18% GST despite Govt changed the rate to 5% GST for budget Hotel stays. No receipt provided. Entire area was full of smoking smell. I will not recomment it to decent people coming for official stays and families please stay away. Even the location is not clearly marked making it difficult for newcomers. Book any other hotel in the same area.

Never trust this website/App. "Expedia" and don't be cheated by them. Because of this website mistake I was given this hotel with a different address and the hotel staff denied to give the access into the selected hotel. Usually, those hotel staff won't encourage the bookings selected by other websites, and because of this reason they, didn't allow me to do the check-in. Even after giving this information to the website, they didn't solve the issue or arrange any alternative. I lost the money and definitily file a complaint against them in the "Consumer Court". So, never trust this "Expedia website" and the "Hotel Broadway".
