"The only real issue we have with our staywas it very difficult to stay cool because they just don't really do air conditioning in Europe and we just happen to get there doing a heat wave for the price I should have looked a little harder to see that they didn't have air conditioning that was a huge plus if they did that's the only thing that kept them from getting five stars"

"The listing failed to state that an expensive cleaning fee would apply and we were advised of this by the hotel after the cancellation period had ended.
