Farmstay in Delaware

"The building is ancient and badly needs an update. The jet tub was perfect. Thank goodness for that since that’s what I wanted but the rest was very mediocre and dirty. Thank goodness for mattress covers too. Not a place to stay if you will be mostly in your room which I was not. "

"Great property. Recently renovated rooms from what I heard & the rooms were very nice. Our bathroom had a tub and a shower, so that was nice to be able to both be able to shower at the same time. Parking is TIGHT! If you have a huge truck or SUV, don’t bring it. We JUST fit with a suburban. I saw trucks taking up 2 spots. Recommend a smaller car. NO pool, which I wish there was one, but not a huge deal. Right on the boardwalk, not the noisy area either, easy beach access and the rental places for umbrellas and chairs. Would potentially come again, the no pool on site is as really the only negative for us personally. "
