"Was met my lovely friendly staff. Our rooms were ready early which was great. Room was nice and bright with a very comfortable bed and a great view. Breakfast was fine, but all hot food was tepid which was a bit off putting, the the rest was very nice with a good range of teas. Would definitely stay again"

"Great location near the train station to visit Cinque Terre. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and good breakfast buffet. We stayed before we went and stayed a few nights in Monterosso and then stayed another night before taking the train to Naples on the way to Sorrento. Very convenient and clean!"

"We loved our stay in Portofino. The view from our room was out of this world. We made use of the private terrace overlooking the bay too. This had everything we needed for our overnight trip. The staff were extremely helpful."

"Nice hotel and attentive staff. Excellent breakfast. Clean spaces. Main problem was that the room (apparently recently renovated) was very strange with the shower and bathroom sink in the same room as the bed. The toilet and bidet were in a separate room with three very bright lights and no means to dim them. "
