Tracy and Alex at the front desk were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Their professionalism and genuine care made a stressful family weekend much smoother. "This hotel was located near a very busy road. So there was a ton of noise. Extremely difficult to sleep. Be aware that this is more of a motel vs a hotel because roomdoors open to the outside. There is no elevator, so if you have luggage you will have to drag it upstairs. The doors don’t close completely so they constantly rattle. The curtains are not the right size so the light shines in. The staff was not overly friendly any of the times I talked to them. "
