"Great Breakfast and clean rooms"

"Me and my newly married husband stayed here for our little getaway the day we got married and everything was perfect! The room was very clean and stay stocked with towels and everything we needed, they even clean the room and left our belongings nicely put up while we were out and about. The staff was very accommodating and helpful as to any questions we had, the pool was also very nice and there was a couple of different pools to move around through with a hot tub included! "Many of the guests had to keep requesting a plunger tor their toilets. The toilet in my room never flushed without using the plunger. I reported it to the day manager and the night manager. I was told maintenance would be sent, but no one ever came to check on it or fix it. Im only glad my stay was only 2 nights"

"IHG Member, had no rooms so I couldn’t check into room until late. Checked in, room was nice. Someone walked in my room. Apparently April didn’t check me in correctly even though a deposit was taken, and they assigned my room to another lady as well. She was just as startled. Went to front desk, took 10-15 mins to fix. No real apology just everything is fixed. Came back after work, keys didn’t work. At check in I wasn’t told about breakfast, workout room nothing. April didn’t really say anything...

"Early in the morning, there was a complete power outage. I was told it it would only last a few hours. However, it lasted throughout the rest of my stay until I checked out late in the morning. Also, there was basically only warm water for the shower, despite letting the water run for 10 minutes before getting into the shower"
