"The property is located on a nice beach and has beautiful views. However that is where the goodness ends. The rooms are tiny and way overpriced. The food including breakfast is limited and all the food is cold. The front desk staff was nice but never checked in on how we are doing and wanted to charge for everything including a bottle of water in room even though rooms were $500 a day. The wait staff in bar and restaurant were rude and made you feel as though you were burdening them. Twice...

Zeer ruim opgezet resort zonder hoogbouw (een golfkarretje brengt je naar je kamer) met erg veel activiteiten; van yoga tot voetbal, van wellness tot mountainbiken, van beach volley tot dansles en van watersport tot boogschieten. De fitness apparatuur en spinningbikes zijn net nieuw. Er zijn ‘s avonds professionele shows in het theater en/of bij de bar. "Had a horrible experience for the 5 night stay, given the hot weather, the AC of the room was not working and with repeatedly raising this with the Hotel staff and Front desk, nothing was done and the 5 days i stayed was without AC in the room, maybe the hotel was fully booked or otherwise, the staff did not do anything to make my stay comfortable in the hot weather. Even asking for water to be topped up in the room was a struggle with multiple calls to the house keeping without any success....

"Upon arrival, the front desk staff were extremely kind and efficiently got us checked in. We were brought to our room which was very clean and tastefully decorated. I asked if they had a charger adapter as we had left ours at home. Unfortunately, they did not. There were USB slots in almost all of the outlets so it wasn't a huge deal.
