"I absolutely loved my stay! My dream place in Salem! The kindness of the staff, the cleanliness, the location, the price—everything is perfect! I have never slept so well in a bed as the one I had there. Plus, they offer cookies and scones starting at 4 p.m., and delightful morning treats at 9 a.m.! "Run by the kindest people (and friendliest cats!) in all of Salem, and could not possibly be more centrally located! You can walk everywhere from here, and you have a front row seat to any events in the square - it's literally right across the street. "The whole facility is built for comfort. There is a beautiful court yard out front. The room we stayed in was the ice castle my 13 yr old loved it. The lighting and decor is beautifully done. "Great location we visited Salem . The Spanish gentleman in the night shift was amazing ! He was my buddy thank you for going over and beyond to help with something small like my cranberry juice and directions for us . 20 ish minutes away in car to Salem . Pool is great and the breakfast is okay fast breakfast . My only thing is that the bed was so hard ! I had pain in my hips since I’m a side sleeper . But the service was amazing housekeeping came everyday . And the rooms are clean . "
