If you’re looking for cleanliness, peace and quiet and budget friendly, this is the spot. Great sun deck, pool and entrance to a low key section of Daytona Beach. I’m hesitant to give a great review because I want to keep it just the way it is."

"The front desk agent was nice, but the room was dirty, only had 2 towels and 1 wash cloth for 3 people for 2 days, asked for more but front desk said they didn’t have any more. Only 1 outlet worked in the bedroom area and it was behind the night stand and falling out of the wall. Sliding door to balcony broken and wouldn’t lock, bed was broken. Stove and refrigerator were dirty, rusted."
