"There were no hand rails in the bathroom, no elevator, no hair blowers. Breakfast was a joke. This place is not dor anyone who has any handicap and is not American With Disabilities Act compliant. "Our room wasn't very clean - there were hairs on the shower wall (not ours), an empty water bottle on the nightstand (again, not ours), and sticky stuff on the desk. When we put the sign on the door to get maid service, they never did it - bed was still unmade, no new towels, ... We won't be staying ..."
