"The hotel is in a great location near a quality mall with an Apple Store and Cheesecake Factory in it! The junior suite room I booked was spacious. The kitchenette was useful, and it was a nice layout. The bed was comfortable and the step-in shower was outstanding. The wall-mounted heaters in each room worked great for hot and cold, and they were easy to use. The rooms were very clean, the staff was friendly and provided extra towels on demand. Main complaints were dim lighting, a difficult TV remote to use, and curtains which generally refused to close without clothes pins being attached. Furthermore, one curtain lacked a control wand, and two (2) thin curtains in the bedroom were either vertically torn or deteriorated to ripped status. Small thing: a clip to hang pant on a hangar was broken. Big thing, but the hotel is excused: the toilet seat was incredibly low to the floor, which I'm sure makes children and little people happy. People over six feet tall? Not so much. Worse, there was no adjacent countertop with which to provide an assist. However, I had failed to request an ADA room, so that was truly my fault. [And no, I am not a faux disabled person-- I have DVT, lymphedema, stenosis, arthritis, and congestive heart failure--I just rarely travel. I was visiting relatives]. I cannot comment on the breakfast, which I missed all seven (7) days due to plans elsewhere or sleeping in."
