We aim to meet and exceed our guest's expectations and I am sorry that we were not able to exceed yours. I apologize that you had trash in your room from a previous guest. I’m sure this was simply overlooked by the housekeeping staff. I will speak with the head housekeepers to ensure this does not happen in the future.I further apologize for the delay you experienced to your request for extra amenities. The front desk is staffed by one employee who can get busy with other guests and is most likely why you were asked to wait a short time. An oversight on the part of the front desk agent to fulfill your request was the problem and I sincerely apologize for this indiscretion. I will speak with the front desk staff regarding your complaint and use it in our future training exercises. If you happen to be in the area again, we hope that you will stay with us and allow us to work harder to exceed your expectations.
