Outstanding employee, Frank, went above and beyond when our reservation was not there-Hotels.com had not completed the process to finalize the change they, Hotels.com, had made to our reservation. Frank spoke with Hotels.com and all was made right. "

"The gentlemen and the lady that was checking me in was very polite, they made me feel welcome. I would stay here again. The breakfast was really good. I ate biscuits and gravy and eggs. I just wish there were more fruit options and that more bacon and sausage was made. But other then that it was perfect. "
