"This older home was well maintained and comfy. It was close to the centre of Banbury and down the hill to Banbury Cross and the statue of the lady on the horse. Breakfast is included and there is a wide range of cold or hot meal options; there is a kettle in the room with tea bag’s and coffee packs with sugar and UHT milk made it easy to have a hot drink in your room early morning or in the evening. "What a lovely place to spend our time in Leamington Spa. Martha was beyond accommodating with our checkin, and everything we could ask for during our stay. The place is squeaky clean and quiet. Highly recommend it."
