"The pounding very loud music from 3 to 7 pm was awful. It is repetitive. Way too loud. Irritating and intrusive. In my room I could not rest The trio at night was pretty good But the lady singer , who had a nice voice. , Was way too loud for the setting the band and we could not have a conversation during dinner Also her echo on her vocals was way too much. She would sound better without it. I am a pro musician from the USA so I know about this. Please do not require the entire area...

"When we arrived there was no record of our confirmation. The staff were unaware of our arrival. She had to call the owner to confirm. The owner neglected to inform them of our arrival. Such a disorganized way of doing business. Water supply was being turned off during the night. We have to wait for the staff to arrive in the AM to turn it on. Toilet was a big problem when you want to use that night ‘coz it won’t flush because there is no water supply. We had to leave the property a day...
