We had a wonderful stay on Bohol and we owe a large part of it to the Vantage Resort. Taxi drivers will lament the drive up the hill, but the views from the Vantage Resort are stunningly beautiful. The staff was warm and very helpful. The pool was cool and refreshing. The hammocks on each deck were a welcome amenity. The restaurant offers a large menu and serves great meals. It was kind of like having our very own mountain hideaway! We endorse!

the staff at the reception desk is not well trained to answer customer concerns. Ask to talk to a manager and left a message to talk to one but never got a return call. . Beware there is no elevator in this whole hotel and i would not recommend it to anyone who has a disability. Most of the rooms are downstairs and can only be accessed through a narrow staircase. We booked this hotel through Expedia since i always do it through them and have never had a problem.. We booked for 3 people, me my husband plus my sister who is suffering from a knee injury. We took her because we wanted her to enjoy the view and the fresh air thus the reason we chose this particular hotel except that nowhere was it mentioned upon booking that this particular hotel was not handicapped friendly. There are no elevators + most of the rooms are downstairs and could be accessed only through a narrow staircase. I tried to explain to the lady at the front desk that there was no way we could stay there because of my sister's disability but she just played deaf to what I was saying and even asked to talk to a manager but no manager called me .

Love the location, the view, the staff, the pool. Downfall had no water for a day. It happened to be the day we went on ATVs was a bummer we were dirty all night. Lol. This resort is meant for you to relax and enjoy your stay. But if you want to explore it’s far from everything.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend
They were charging additional fees and when we asked for a manager, the front desk receptionist left, then came back and said the manager was out of the office. We asked when he would return and she said "by dinner". It was already 7 PM. We asked if the manager could reach out to us when he returns and the front desk receptionist said yes, but the manager NEVER checked on us as promised. The rooms were not clean! We requested a rollaway bed and it was literally a mattress on the floor. That is unsanitary! There is no AC in the restaurant and no elevators. Although the balcony looks like it has amazing views, you are constantly being bitten by bugs. You could get a better hotel for the amount they charge.

Very beautiful and relaxing home base
We stayed five nights here and were so sad to leave! The family suite was very comfortable for us. The views are beautiful and never get old. Really loved the balcony with the hammock where we could relax once the kids were asleep and our kids really enjoyed the pool with the swim up bar. The staff could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. They made us feel like family. Having the restaurant on site was very convenient. Arranging for tours and transportation into town was very easy via the front desk and we had the same driver every day for our excursions which was helpful too.

Water was off for several hours and then the pressure was never good. Taking a shower in a dribble sucks. The kitchen was huge with no table and just lots of empty space. Tiny dining room table. Very nice ocean view.

The view is amazing, food is okay very ordinary and expensive , WiFi is sucks , the road going up before the gate was not commented and the ad that they had in Expedia is confusing that breakfast is included when you were checking out and paid the accommodation with breakfast , breakfast was not included per front desk . Spoken to the front desk but didn’t accommodate my concern, well in fact it had happen 3x per front desk , but it’s okay food were not good here anyway . Had dinner somewhere a lot better. It’s far from the beach too. We stayed one night if it’s longer I would not stay here .

nice relax hotel
although the hotel is nice, clean and relaxing with nice staff i will not recommend. First and foremost is too far from everything including the beaches and all major attraction, the hotel have terrible internet connection almost not existing; moreover the hotel policy dot not allow visitor or relatives enter the room; they made my visitor (parents) very uncomfortable. Furthermore, the TV program had very limited option for kids..lastly the breakfast buffet and breakfast menu very poor (same food all the time).

Exceptional views and comfort!
Extremely comfortable, pleasant and safe. This hotel feels like a home away from home. The design is spacious and the views of Dauis and Tagbilaran never get old. A perfect example of a boutique hotel. The pleasant staff know you and attend to service and requests promptly. We stayed for 6 nights and the amenities are sufficient for a comfortable stay. Room furniture is nicely functional. The queen bed we had was a great sleep. The patio lounge and hammock furniture is awesome. A beautiful pool is great to hangout or a swim after an excursion. A good restaurant has a diverse menu with local, Asian, European and western choices. Also a full bar and adequate wines. We used it for every breakfast and most dinners. The kitchen made a delicious and convenient carry out breakfast for a 5:30am private excursion we booked with the hotel. We like the value received here for what is charged and have booked a much longer return stay. Thank you Vantage and we look forward to our next visit!

Great environment with stunning view
Very nice & comfort stay with great environment & friendly staff. Even though it is located up on the hill/slope & far from the downtown, but we enjoyed its quiet & stunning view from the highland. It is recommend to rent a car. The staff is very friendly & attentive. Only one weakness is its shower which is too slow; but not sure if it is due it its location. Hope this can be improved.

Random electricity failure 1 hour to four hours & no generator provided. As a traveller in every destination you want a comfortable stay after a busy trip but with electricity failure its is a very disappointing stay that we had in this hotel even a single torch they did not provide unless you ask. We are a frequent travellers and its our first time experience in a 4 star hotel no generator provided during power failure.

The worst and greedy resort in panglao Island
This resort is rubbish ridiculous over food price !Rooms rates are expensive is not worth...no brand small TV! TV cable not clear, bath room like a public toilet,room beddings is not standard mostly resorts and hotels now using duvet! no telephone in the room! no generator" in case no electricity resorts are dark, they don't have reception just a bar counter wifi"terrible no connection! They only have a good signal wifi in there over price restaurant,they are not organized You have to ask and request it's Annoying !!They will ripe off all your money spending their over price restaurant Bohol Vantages resort "WORST"resorts in panglao don't believe those pictures they advertize are fake!! So many decent resorts and hotels in panglao worth to spend money not this crap!!! no access any transportation don't booked if you have kids this is not a family resort 6yrs old above treat like an adult! we order beef steak P390 rice not included you have to pay separate P60 rubbish!!!

Great for couples soooo romantic beautiful view over looking the mountains. Food was excellent. It's not very good for family's not much to do for kids but for couples it's amazing and would make a great honeymoon hope this review was helpful

Their internet was non-existent. You could connect to the router at the restaurant but no internet. You couldn't see the router for the rooms. The rooms had a nice terrace and a very nice view. Their menu was pricey but their morning buffet which is free was good.

Beautiful views from this hotel
The staff was kind and helpful. The views of both Bohol and Panglao were gorgeous. It's a bit far from the beach, but renting a scooter or having transportation arranged is quite easy. The best feature of the room was the balcony overlooking the sea.

We initially booked 5Ns with the hotel and ended up staying 7Ns. Spacious deluxe room, nice patio with priceless view. Made to cook breakfast which is really full filling. 30 mins away from Alona beach where all the resto and diving are, we paid 300 peso for tricycle each way.

Bohol Vantage is a nice hotel located close to the Tagbilaran city. It is also just 15km from alona beach. The best part about this hotel is the great sea view.

It has a great view. It's like a hotel on the coast of Naples. But there are so many black ants in the room, and the stove is very rusty, and one of the two bathrooms has no warm water.The food in the restaurant was too bad, Don't expect delicious breakfast or dinner, you'd better do it outside.

보홀 여행 밴티지 포인트~!!
1. 위치 - 조용한 곳을 좋아하는 사람에게는 좋습니다. 다만 접근성이 떨어지고 항구에 내려서 택시를 잡아 가기 어렵습니다. 산이라는 이유로 가격을 두배이상 부르는 택시가 많았습니다. 500페소에 숙소까지 갔습니다. 픽업서비스가 있으면 큰 도움이 될 것으로 보여집니다. 공항에 나갈때는 택시를 불러줘서 350페소에 갈 수 있습니다 2. 숙박상태는 꽤 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 다만 화장실이 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 3. 발코니가 가장 마음에 들었습니다. 발코니에서 흔들의자에 누워서 책을 보고 낮잠을 자는게 가장 기억에 남습니다. 세부, 보홀이 바다를 뷰로하는 숙소들만 많은데 밴티지 포인트는 산과 바다를 볼 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 옆 방하고 발코니로 이어져 있는것은 아쉬웠습니다. 프라이버시가 좀 더 보장되면 좋을 것같습니다. 4. 아침 저녁을 제공해 주었는데 저녁은 추천할만하지 않았고 아침은 간단히 먹기 좋았습니다. 룸서비스로 시킬 수 있는 음식이 많은데 오히려 룸서비스 음식이 좋았습니다. 스파클링 와인은 병으로 구매가 가능하였고 다른 와인들은 잔으로 구매 가능했습니다. 5. 거의 맨 아래층을 사용했는데 와이파이가 좀 약했습니다. 발코니에 나가면 좀 더 원할한 정도였습니다. 쉬면서 넷플릭스를 보는걸 좋아하는데 와이파이가 약한건 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 6. 수영장은 생각보다 좁았으나 깊이가 깊어 물놀이하는 느낌은 들었습니다. 수영장에서는 뷰가 없었습니다.

the hotel is on a small mountain. there's not much store or place nearby. actually whole banglao island just few big tour spot and this hotel offer the motorbike to rent or they can arrange the traffic for you(will charge) so I thought the traffic is not big issue for us. you can ride motorbike to alona beach about 20mins. And their staff is nice to get with and also offer really nice massage there^^ and the room is really beauty with a balcony. also a hammock out there. it's a nice place you spent day long.

Top Empfehlung wenn man nicht im Trubbel am Strand
Etwas abseits auf dem Berg mit fantastischem Ausblick über die Bucht von Bohol bis hin zu den Choclate Hills. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ich war mit allem sehr zufrieden und habe 5 schöne Tage hier verbracht, meistens in der Hängematte auf der schönen und großen Terrasse.
