"There is basically no staff on the property, all check in check out are done thru machine. Room are not cleaned, no room service/cleaning for my whole 3 days 2 night stay. "We stayed at Hyatt Centric for 3 nights. Firstly would like to thank the staff who assisted us in getting an early check-in as we had arrived in KL at 8 am and check in was originally planned for 3-4pm. Verry happy with that. The property location is great, easy access to Bukit Bintang and Petronas Towers about 10-15minute walk. The property is very clean and house keeping come every day. The bed is super comfortable and clean. Overall a lovely stay at the hotel. Would 1000% book again."
