"We enjoyed that the people at the property made us feel at home and welcome from day one. Our room was more than we could have hoped for. It was very clean, the bed extremely comfortable. All the extra added touches were so appreciated. We called it our Sanctuary and Hotel home. I couldn’t recommend it more. It was more than a stay it was an experience. "

"Had a great time staying at this lovely hotel. All the staff (reception, restaurant staff and cleaners) were all extremely pleasant and friendly. There is a mini market by the pool which is very well stocked. A bus outside the hotel takes you all the way into the centre of Chania and runs frequently. Bus tickets are available from reception in the hotel but you have to pay in cash for these. They are much cheaper if you buy them here rather than paying the bus driver on the bus. Our stay...

"The hotel was located strategically just outside chania which was easily reachable by bus (the bus stop it’s in front of the hotel). The rooms were big and very very clean. The whole staff was super friendly and gave us lots of recommendations which were really helpful. We had the chance to try not only the breakfast but also the restaurant for one night and it didn’t disappointed us at all, the food was delicious and well-served. Highly recommend this place!!"
