"The room was very noisy due to poor sound insulation from the window – you could hear a lot from outside. The bed was hard but okay, it worked. I was going to swim and asked for two towels – one for me and one for my dad – but they said they only had one left, and then they ran out of towels. "The staff was amazing. The receptionist Ikaram welcomed us with a cup of tea and invited us to wait in the garden. It was impressive to see how attentive she was with us while multitasking and helping other guests at the same time. She was so kind and responsive!
