"Nice Riad, in a convenient location in Médina to restaurants and not too far from a drop off point that you have to drag your bags a long ways. The staff was friendly and hot tea awaited our arrival. We had to leave early so missed the breakfast, but they provided us with a to go bag. Very nice !"

"We recently stayed at Riad Monceau and had a fantastic experience! The breakfast was wonderful, with a great selection of options. The staff were absolutely delightful - cheerful, friendly, happy, and super helpful. Special shoutout to two staff members Shopihan & Chaymai who went above and beyond! Live entertainment was very enjoyable. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others. One suggestion for improvement: playing some light/subtle background music during breakfast time could enhance the ambiance and uplift the mood.
