Dont stay here. You have to park at the back of the hotel. The back entrance door is locked and reuries a key to eneter. They have a intercom but the front desk attandant disnt answer it.

We always love when we can just walk to a nice restaurant after a long drive. Staff was nice, but fun seeing the alligators up close. The man that was working in the dinning area was so very nice and friendly. Loved being there!

Traveling with my husband and a 12 month old. Booked room about 30 minutes before arriving. Arrived around 8pm. Easy, quick check in. Friendly staff- night attendant and morning attendant. Clean room. Everything in the room worked properly: fridge, microwave, coffee maker, air conditioner. Clean sheets. Breakfast was out and hot when we went down around 6:30am. Self parking. Quiet area. Would stay again and I’m picky :)

I have stayed here many times and the experience always get better. The staff is SUPER friendly. Every single staff member that i came in contact with was outgoing and personable and genuine. They all seemed to really enjoy their jobs. Whoever hires for this location, GREAT JOB!

The amenities such as complementary soap, shampoo, lotion, even a shower cap were better at the Comfort Inn we stayed at the night before for half the price. The breakfast was comparable also. I doubt I will ever pay to stay at a Hampton Inn again.

Great location for a short stay. Room was comfortable and had a view of the Bay that I enjoyed. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was as expected for a free continental. I would recommend this hotel

Best breakfast
Room and the staff were great. The breakfast was fantastic probably one of the best we've had at a hotel. The mattress was a little hard for me, but my family said that it felt fine. The bathroom has the bottle shampoo and bodywash attached to the shower wall which we really liked.

Great Hotel
Very clean room and lobby. My room was not ready on time but they were able to put me in another room with a view of the bay which is what I wanted originally so I was very pleased with my stay.

Everything was great except the tv didn’t work think remote was bad and the mechanical stuff was terrible noise. It sounded like there was a bad fan or something in walls

Confused; Dirty; Unapologetic.
Difficult check in. “You used a third party.” Couldn’t find our “phantom” credit card number??? Room was tired and not particularly clean. Bathroom had a folded towel that was not clean with what appeared to be feces down the middle. It took to attempts to get it replaced and never so much as apology.
