Finding staff was a nightmare, towards the night we found out that whoever was there that night quit and left the entire hotel unattended. She also left the keys to the hotel out in the open for anyone to grab with a note that read "free" after that we felt unsafe and distraught. Would not come back"

"The roof bar offered a wonderful view of the mountains. The room was comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed The Innsbruck Welcome Card which came as part of our two night stay. Quirky, almost brutalist interior architecture, with glass rooms within the inner 'courtyard' to enjoy the vibe (although the automatic glass door wouldn't re-open for us and we had to phone reception to let us out!)"

"If you are staying for 2 days it’s probably a 4/5 but when staying for 4 days the breakfast is okay (low selection) the room doesn’t get restocked (no replacement cups) and in general the staff are moderately helpful. We weren’t offered transit passes when we first arrived only found out about the, later. The pillows are terrible (crushed foam) and bed sheets are okay. "My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Prestige Hotel in Budapest mid June 2026. When we arrived the hotel reception area was spotless and the staff made us very welcome and were extremely helpful at all times throughout our stay.
