"We had a wonderful view of the castle from our room. The beds were super comfortable. The pillows were great. The showers were amazing. Everything was truly great. It has been hot here in Germany and our room even had two fans. It was great. Highly recommended."

"Es ist nicht der Standard, dass ein Parkplatz für eine Nacht 55€ kosten soll, üblich ist es, dass die Gäste max 25€/Nacht für ein Parkplatz zahlen, jedoch nicht 55€!!! Daher informiert euch vorab und Frühstück wird bereits vor 11:00 Uhr abgebaut, obwohl geschrieben war, dass es möglich ist bis zum 12:00 Uhr zu frühstücken. "If you are staying for 2 days it’s probably a 4/5 but when staying for 4 days the breakfast is okay (low selection) the room doesn’t get restocked (no replacement cups) and in general the staff are moderately helpful. We weren’t offered transit passes when we first arrived only found out about the, later. The pillows are terrible (crushed foam) and bed sheets are okay. The bathroom is very small and the door didn’t close very well ( had to pull shut). In general if you were staying for 1-2...

"Excellent hotel. Beautiful. Attention to detail. Friendly and helpful staff. We had two adjoining rooms. Unfortunately, the A/C did not work in one room (during the heat wave). It was frustrating that this problem was not resolved during our stay. But the front desk applied a credit towards our bill. Breakfast was delicious. Excellent Location."
