This year, in the Danube Delta, we saw so-so many pelicans in a spot where we usually don't see them (and we've been kayaking there since 2016!). They let us get very close and continued their daily activities. Animals are wonderful! #adventure #waterlust P.S. A low alluvial plain consisting of marshes, small streams and lakes the Danube Delta has an area of 4160 square kilometres.
