"I was looking for a unique experience and this is the right hotel. While the location is further from the Cotai strip, they have a shuttle bus to bring you to the strip and taipa. There are shops and dining within the hotel. This area is shared with 2 other hotels. The casino is also shared. The grand twin room is large and very comfortable and the design was very different from other hotels I stayed at. The mini bar is free. I had a personal concierge taking care of us throughout our visit...

"This is a very modern hotel, with everything controlled using a laptop panel, from the lights, curtain to in room dining. The fascilities are new and proper. The staff here go beyond and above to serve us. Everyone with a smile and ready to help. The minibar is stocked everyday. And surprises given to us everyday with turn down service. "Staff members stood behind the counter(s) appeared more like immigration officers (stern, reactive) than hospitable frontliners. Specks of stain on the headboard, aged watermarks on the shower screen, black marks at the edge of basin, in-room safe did not work, room smelled of cigarette despite a non-smoking floor. Ken at the executive club lounge and Richard at the coffee stood out as warm and genuine."
