"This is an excellent hotel. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel bar was really nice. The staff was incredibly helpful. My only caveat is that I did not realize there would be quite so many homeless people in the vicinity, it is in a less savory part of downtown than I realized."

"The hotel staff were great! The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. The bar at the restaurant was unusually slow to serve on both nights, which was the only hotel staff that did not seem to care that we waited 15 mins to take our order! It wasn’t that busy! The restaurant at breakfast was much better service."
