These improvements could help reduce the risk of injuries and potential worker-related incidents. Installing motion-sensor lighting along pathways would also make nighttime walks safer and more convenient. Food is an important part of any vacation experience. At Kilimanjaro Kafe, the dishes tend to be on the salty side. The bacon is often overcooked and would benefit from proper draining to reduce excess grease. Additionally, closer monitoring of the buffet—particularly the chafing dishes—would help ensure that food is consistently available when guests arrive, as there were several instances where we had to wait for replenishment. On a positive note, kudos to the concierge team and the staff at Mogambo Springs for providing excellent service. Their attentiveness and professionalism were truly appreciated."
