Property was under heavy construction. I wasn't aware of this when I booked it. It smelled like paint. Lots of construction stuff everywhere. Pool was being remodeled rooms halls and no restaurant

We liked three things only: the valet (very nice guy), the location near the beach, and the bed. It was one of the least pleasant hotels that we have ever stayed in 50 years of marriage!

There is an active construction in the hotel. Not safe for kids! The chemicals are at everywhere. There was a false fire alarm triggered in the morning. Horrible experience!

Great staff particularly Josh the night valet. Hotel is undergoing construction so a lot of dusty mess, crew members, and noise. Front doors seem thin as you can hear everybody walking through the halls and constant sounds of neighbor doors opening and closing. Easy walk to the beach. Nice balcony and views. Convenient sundry shop 24 hrs with alcohol options. Pet friendly with treats. Bar closes too early 9:30 or 10:30 on weekends. Free coffee in lobby. Very wheelchair accessible with automatic lobby door and easy disabled parking. Easy to take the stairs if you don’t like elevators. Overall very nice stay. Will be really great once renovations are completed!

It would have been nice to know that the property was under construction. Had we been aware that may have changed where we stayed. We travelled with a baby so the loud construction noise was not ideal for nap time. The door to our room had a big gap under it so the light from the hallway shined in at night. The shower door in our room did not close fully. We left the room all day our second day and the room still had not been cleaned by the time we returned. We had to go ask for more towels and empty our own garbages.

The property is under complete renovation they need to tell people when they book. It ruined our spring break the worse service jackhammers, fire alarms, pool that is falling apart I’m so upset I took time off for my kids, and the it’s such a shame that Hilton always this. The hotel was going through construction. The immediate room next to my room was loud and the workers were working there the hallways were very dirty , dirty elevator, everywhere construction debris. beside that you reserve a hotel, and then you have to pay for your parking??

They charged my card 40 costs for parking without telling me. I was there in person to check in. They didn't give me a bill for this 40 bucks, they just took it out of my account. They said it was on the website: ( really ? You couldn't mention it? That's practically stealing. The bathroom was not clean the faucets were all super old and the bathtub would not drain.

The location of this property is amazing we had a beautiful view from our room. We were on the second floor and unfortunately, it stank of what I can only describe as cat pee. The entire floor we walked through smelled and so did our room. It was almost too much for me even to fall asleep. I see that you are making reservations so I hope replacing carpets is one of them as I assume this will assist with this problem.

The location of this hotel is great, walking distance to multiple beaches. The staff is helpful and friendly. My only complaint is the noise, especially in our room. Our room was outside of the rooftop lounge, which was noisy until 10:00 PM every night, the highway was also easily heard, and also the train. If you are given a room near the rooftop lounge and try to sleep before 10:00 PM, request a different room.

Fabulous hotel in location close to beaches and amenities. Hotel staff was friendly and gracious and quick with items like extra bedding, towels and toddler crib. We ate at and loved the rooftop bar with food served from downstairs. The pool was warm and everything was very clean.

Staff and valets were exceptionally friendly, kind and helpful. Great location and beautiful views. Room fixtures and some interior hallway elements are showing their age, and unfortunately, the bathroom wasn’t as clean as a new room usually is. Okay for a night or two if you’re planning to be out and about the town or at the beach all day. Restaurant was a good option for a sit down breakfast.

The hotel was wonderful and the location perfect. The only drawback was the layout of the bathroom. The shower door couldn’t be opened all the way because it hit the toilet. Just a strange arrangement. Sliding glass doors instead of hinged doors would solve the problem.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice with a great view of the ocean and the food in the restaurant was delicious. Overall it was a wonderful visit.

Stayed at this location before and really liked it. The only thing that made this stay unpleasant was the fact a teen soccer team was staying at the hotel and the kids would run up and down the hallway randomly knocking on hotel doors. I reported this to the front desk and they said if it happens after 10 pm let them know. Guests should not have to tolerate this at any time of day.

An almost great trip!
I took my children and grandchildren to this hotel for a NYE party we had been invited to and got 3 rooms for 3 days. The valet and cleaning people were amazing and there is great coffee in the lobby all day which I loved. It's also close enough to walk to the beach The only issue I had was parking! We needed two vehicles for everyone. Mine was $40 a day plus we tipped every time we went somewhere (which was often) since it's not the valet's fault there's no free parking. So, by the end of the three days it had cost us quite a bit. Our other vehicle is a large truck that didn't fit in the parking garage so it needed to be parked around the corner. So half the family had to walk to and from that spot every time we went somewhere, which again was frequently. Upon check-in, the front desk said they wouldn't charge us for the truck since we were paying for one vehicle and it was not our choice to walk, we were forced into it since the parking structure was too short. However, nobody communicated that to the check out staff and at checkout they tried to charge us for the 3 days for both vehicles even though we had been told otherwise. The checkout desk guy basically told us he didn't care what someone else had told us and he was charging us.That is not a good attitude at all. It bothers me we had to argue with him and refuse to pay it for him to finally oblige. Unfortunately, one person soured an otherwise good trip at the end.
