"From the moment we walked in, this hotel felt like the right choice, and it kept proving it every single day.
The staff are what make this place. Every person we met was welcoming, courteous and genuinely helpful, never rushed and never scripted. Nothing was too much trouble. The service was beyond compare, and that is not a phrase I use lightly.
Breakfast deserves its own paragraph. There was real variety, so there was something for every appetite, and the chef made my omelet to perfection every single morning. The selection of fresh juices they squeeze daily was formidable, and my son looked forward to choosing a different one each day.
We stayed on the eighth floor. The room was very spacious, spotless, and the view over the city was beautiful, the kind you stand at the window for.
The hotel itself is splendid, but the people who work here are the reason my twelve year old son and I had such a delightful stay. They treated him with the same warmth and attention they gave me, and as a mother travelling with her child, that matters more than any list of amenities.
We will be back, and I recommend it without hesitation."
