"The room and location are quite nice. But the elevator was broken, bed was hard and made loud noises, no breakfast appeared eventhough we requested delivery. Also, sound proofing is poor and unfortunately for us, the people in the room next to us had a loud drinking party till 4:30am and there was no one for us to call to complain to."

"AC did not work, owner completely ignored me when asked about the issue, long hair in the bathroom, shower drain not cleaned and foul smelling, lights habgibg out of the ceiling. Never in my life have I wasted my money like this. What a disappointing experience."

"The suite itself is excellent: 10/10! The hotel needs a SIGN with the name at the entrance of the building and even on the street. Finding out where/which the place was became a bit of a nightmare. Also, I would recommend putting an ashtray in the balcony. Other than that; congratulations! Great place to stay!"

"Metropole Apartments in Bucharest’s Old Center had a pretty old looking urban exterior and lobby area, but the room itself was clean and very spacious with kitchen appliances and washer. There are no onsite hosts to meet and greet, one is provided codes to enter into the building and to their room. There are a couple of cafes nearby and not in a busy area."
