Definitely need to change the staff
Misguided and mismanagement
1. Even though we pre-booked the rooms and called up several times to pay complete amount advanced, we were told to pay at property and after reaching we were given the rooms which are not even mentioned here and when we asked the reason the rooms which we booked are on the basis of first come first serve and they were full.
2. Later, they upgraded our rooms for their mismanagement where one of the room stinked badly and washroom did not have enough frequency and flow of water. Both the TV’s were not working neither the wifi worked properly.
3. They really need to work on their staff and educate them. As it is frustrating to deal with it after travelling for hours.
4. The only amazing thing was food and the view from the hotel, it was great however they ruined the dinner order later and not delivering it completely which was not even informed until we called up to ask about it.
5. Things which should be already mentioned or provided like wifi password, reception number, food service number is not given before heading to the room nor it is mentioned until you ask them.

Not recommended .. don't go by reviews .
Service was not good .Ac not working and fixed one temperature , reception is not responding to calls and fixing issue such as Tv in both room not working ; Even after several calls not attended by any one ... Door lock is not working in one room everytime have to ask for room service for opening the door seems they are not interested to repair it .
Only restaurant food quality is good and location is nice . Overpriced , under staffed , mismanaged hotel.

Don’t this hotel at all. It’s worse hotel so far I have seen. Paid for Rs. 7222 and room was pathetic without any WiFi. Food quality was very poor. Not value for money even if it cost Rs.3000
