"Where do I start. I have never seen such great hospitality in Europe. From the bellman to the front desk and house keeping. The waiters in all restaurants and room service, the lobby areas. I can’t thank them enough for making us feel at home. Ines was amazing and helpful and helped us get an upgrade to a fabulous suite. Lindita was checking on us daily. Honestly they deserve an award for trying their best to please. The gym was great with a beautiful view of the sea. Hotel location was fantastic and convenient to take the bus to old town. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. However cleanliness was not 5 star, in the room or restaurant. It could be improved. "

"Staff are lovely here, nothing too much trouble. Location is beautiful, amazing sunset from balcony area over the islands and Adriatic. Beds super comfy, very clean, great beach area and very easy to travel to old town. Breakfast was great, good choices of food and lovely coffee. Would definitely stay again."
