We visited the hotel the day before to ask about transportation to the hotel from Šibenik. He researched it and sent us an email with good information. "To expensive comparing what you get. No help with baggage, even outside parking is 150 m fro entrance. Booked with sea view, ok with 45 degrees, but just outside mess with old tires, other ugly stuff. Small shower/toilet. Breakfast ok, but should be better for room price. "

"Weather was beautiful but very hot there was a heatwave when we were there , first time visiting Zadar and was not disappointed, hotel was just fabulous and the staff went above and beyond with any request , sun beds around the pool was so comfortable and the swimming pools just fantastic , had dinner in the Fenix restaurant and the food was amazing and would highly recommend, we will definitely be back to the Hyatt zadar and can’t wait "

"We only stayed for 1 night but we really enjoyed it. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and just nice.. We liked the old world feel and the owner told us he is working on modernising the hotel but wants to be sympathetic so as not to spoil the style and ambience. We ended up having lunch, dinner and breakfast and it was all top notch, great flavours and very good value. Thank you for a great stopover."

"Hotel was modern and in good conditions, just in front of the beach. My only complaint was when I left the hotel, I had a voucher to redeem for a 20% for one day of my stay, and the reception had not allowed me to use it because they said the voucher was supposed to be used at the bar at the swimming pool. Other than that, the service & breakfast was excellent."
