Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Split

2/10 Terrible

"Rude staff from start to finish. They stored our luggage when we came because room was not ready. When we received our room, they would not bring up the baggage despite asking multiple times. I even went downstairs to remind them and still nothing. After one hour, I just got it myself. No apologizes, acted as if nothing is wrong. Ordered omelet at the station and the cook gave away my food to someone else and then just pretended like nothing happened. The phone in the room didn’t work - they couldn’t care less. The attitude of the staff is just very odd. Really soured our experience in Split. These are just a few examples from the minimal interactions we had with them. I would not recommend staying here. This is NOT a 5 star hotel. 3 stars at best."

"Everyone was very kind, very accommodating I can’t say enough about the Customer Service of this hotel We met several staff and each one was above and beyond more accommodating than the other We must mention names But advise that there are to many names to mention as everyone was super accommodating. "We found roaches on the first day. There was no cover for the secondary bed. The AC was smelly. The furniture layout didn't allow for the closet to open fully. The nightstands were unstable. The room was renovated recently in a cheap manner as there were holes in the stone wall and mortar was still falling from the joints. The shower was the best part but there were no hooks to hang towels and there was humidity on the balance. The noise isolation was very poor and we could hear the neighbors all the time."
