This is a great hotel. Lots of space in the rooms, staff was very friendly, convenient to have a bar in the hotel and the free breakfast was a plus.

Clean nice hotel near the Plano area, staff was friendly, could improve on breakfast, there were your basics like coffee, waffles, sausage, potatoes, cereal, yogurt but no fruit on the day we stayed.

I traveled with my husband and kids and truly enjoyed my stay at this property. This will be our go to hotel for all future stays in Dallas. The staff were nice and friendly. The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was included and there were plenty of options to choose from. The hotel was located in a great area close to many restaurants and shopping. I’m looking forward to my next stay here.

I have stayed here multiple times and always have a wonderful experience. The staff takes a lot of pride in their work and it is obvious from the clean rooms to the amazing hot breakfast. This is my Go To location when I travel in the north Dallas area.

Wonderful Stay
Top notch hotel, employees, service, cleanliness... all was wonderful and we had a fine experience. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable. We did not complain or request an alternate room and would likely return again without hesitation.

Really loved this property! The breakfast was amazing! There were waffles, breads, potatoes, bacon, eggs and more...at no extra cost. Loved the room layout also.

Nice big rooms. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. The only problem was breakfast. Trash cans during breakfast were overflowing. No hot water for tea. I would still recommend this property and would stay here again.

After the stay started with a miscommunication, the staff and gm immediately rallied to make this a great stay. Beautiful property, well designed and maintained. Easily one of the best all around experiences I’ve had in a while.

Will be staying there again in the future
We have stayed in many hotels over the past few years and this one was pretty nice!! It's close to a few food places, but still out of the way enough that we didn't feel like we were in the middle of the city. Front desk was very friendly and pleasant. The room was super nice and clean! We only got a one bed room, but it was a large room with a nice large shower and bathroom. AC worked very well and wasn't loud. Breakfast was great, usual hotel breakfast, waffles, bacon, eggs, potatoes, etc. Check out was fast and easy.
