There were signs & spaces for vending machines, but no vending machines. Ice machines were missing on some floors. Cleanliness and maid service was excellent! Internet & TV were out for the first 4 days of our 5 day stay. The staff could not help us on this. We called Expedia for help. Most days the breakfast apples were excellent, but one day they were brown and mushy at the core. Safety clip on treadmill needs to be replaced. The building feels clean and new! Very pleasant!

If you’re not from Dallas and don’t know the area. It is a ghetto area with heavy drug presence. Unfortunately I didn’t know that when I booked. The hotel itself was decently clean in the room. There was an overall very weird smell in the entire building. Staff was nice but hard to understand as they only speak broken English. Keep your children close to you at all times.

Overall this place was ok. The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The room doors slam when closing and the walls shake every time someone opens and closes one. The breakfast was decent and as expected no complaints there. There was an issue with the hotels internet connection when we arrived so they were unable to issue us room key cards so we would have to ask somone to open our door for the first day. We got keys eventually but no wifi and no tv for pretty much our entire stay of 4 nights. I had work to do and had to use my hotspot which is limited so had to pay extra. The hotel should have compensated something but they said they rectified the internet issue cause we had wifi the last 10 hours of our stay...

Property is newer it seems. But you can tell the owners are taking advantage of the newness of the place and not focusing on the cleaning like they should. If they remedy this, the place would be immaculate.

Surrounding area seemed a little sketchy but the parking lot was well lit and only one way in/out, which was good. Could have been a little cleaner but for the price and overall comfort, great deal being so close to the places we needed to be.

Dirty hotel
Reception with a few friendly faces. Dirt everywhere from the entrance, elevators, corridors, cafe area. Our room had hair everywhere in the bathtub (suite 415), dirt on the floor, on the carpet, on the wall of the room there were traces of coffee or coca cola, the air conditioning had mold on the grill, the bed sheets were dirty. We paid for 3 days and stayed less than 12 hours at this hotel. When we were leaving we saw a large water leak on the floor of the second floor, I honestly don't know how Hoteis.com has a partnership with hotels like this

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
We had a great stay at Sleep Inn in Irving. The service was great. Anytime we needed anything, they brought it right up. The hotel was nice and clean outside, in the lobby and room. The only thing I could complain about was the shower pressure. It wasnt terrible by far. But if i had to knit -pick it would be the onlt thing i could come up with.

It’s clean. It smells nice. I don’t care for bells and whistles, but I like a comfortable bed, a clean atmosphere that doesn’t make me feel concerned about anything else, and a good shower. The staff are all responsive. This is my 2nd stay and it went completely flawless. During my first stay, my A/C was stuck, but the gentleman at the counter immediately came up and fixed it. I’ll probably come back here to stay for every time I visit Dallas.
