It is quiet and clean. The bed was comfy and the shower was amazing. I had a hard time regulating the room temp, but that’s what sweaters are for I don’t drink caffeine, there were no decaf options for tea or coffee. No continental breakfast.

I checked in late at night (11pm) but there was only 1 front desk attendant and there was a long line and wait time. The front desk agent who was there was excellent, she just needed help and more staff. They also lost my reservation so that ended up making my check in process take a bit longer as well.

Good hotel with great bar and restaurant attached. Rooms are comfortable, clean and sufficient for a business trip. Staff is always friendly and courteous.

The shower was broken in the hotel. The door lock wasn't functional and luckily I checked it before leaving. Lights were super bright at night coming in through the door security holes, which were not covered. I checked out after 1 night and went to a different hotel. The hotel then charged me for the original two nights and also charged me for the single night. It still has not been resolved. I will never stay at a Sandman property.

I travel quite often to the Dallas area and have never heard of this hotel chain. After finding it on Expedia and and reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try and can honestly say I’m sold on the brand. From checking in to checking out, everything went extremely smooth. Alicia, our front desk attendant is a true gem. She set the bar very high with her courteous, knowledgeable, very helpful professionalism. The room was very comfortable and I only wish on this stay I could have stayed more than a few hours. I will most definitely be back.

I loved this property . It was super clean and all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I also like that they had the bar and grill and restaurant connected so convenient. 10/10 I would definitely recommend.

The location is perfect. What I didn’t like was the sheets in the double queen suite were old and rough. The most important thing to me is to have a nice bed with good sheets.

I have stayed at this Hotel 2 times now, and both were very different. - Both times the staff was wonderful. - The condition of the hotel differed heavily between both visits: My second visit most of the vending machines were empty or non-functional, simple issue, but my room the second time was dirty (the couch looked like someone had just eaten on it), 1 AC was on its last legs (significant noise), both ACs were blinking "Clean Filter", towels had holes in them. I spent very little time in the hotel room this stay so this was manageable, but not desirable. I did come in early and the staff worked to get me a room, I did not mean to rush anyone.

Like: Convenient location to various places in Plano and North Dallas, spacious room and bathroom, free and easy-to-find parking spaces, free good quality coffee in lobby, and helpful staff. Dislike: Noisy from loud vehicles; pillows were too thick that I ended up using stacked towels for pillows; bedsheets and covers were rough; lack of amenities (no water bottles for coffee since tap water is highly chlorinated and no sugar); shower wire soap tray was not made for soap bars because they fell off, toilet seat was uncomfortable and not screwed down properly, ice machine on the floor was out of service; we wanted to use the jacuzzi but the air in the room had very strong chlorine smell because both the jacuzzi and the pool were in-door and enclosed with little ventilation. We wanted to use the sports bar but the entrance door to the bar from inside the hotel was locked which forced us to go outside and enter the bar from the street. With the cold weather and the rain, we decided not to. What is the purpose of having a connecting bar when the guests are forced to go outside to enter the bar? In summary, it would be a much nicer place if the issues above could be resolved.

I have a bad experience with the room , toilet running water all night can’t sleep, they give me another room and air conditioning was next to my righ say about 2 feet from the bed , so was too cold went I turn on and was hot went was off , no good experience
