Check in was smooth, bartender really friendly and made good drinks. However, the property seemed pretty dated, especially in our bathroom, and could use an update! Lots of construction going on around the area of the hotel, which cannot be helped of course. Fabulous location.

I've stayed at other Le Meridien and found them to be a little more modern and hip than the typical chain hotel. Unfortunately, this location was more of that chain hotel feel. Nothing necessarily wrong with the hotel (clean, quiet, great service, etc.) just wasn't quite as "Le Meridien" as I hoped.

The location of the hotel is great, but the construction happening as of this review immediately surrounding the property caused some inconvenience. Some of the work disrupted my sleep and made it difficult to enter/exit the building, hail rides. That said, it’s good they’re working on the infrastructure. Service in the property was excellent overall, and I had no issues. The property itself, on the inside, is a bit dilapidated. The lobby is fine but the finishings, flooring, carpeting etc could use renovation. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and may stay there again if ever in the area.

Nice hotel - our room was a bit noisy in the mornings but that may have been the street we were by. Our room was only serviced ONE time in 5 days. We had to ask for towels, etc. Not sure the problem but we had to ask every day. We were charged for something missing from the mini-bar which we didn't use - it is supposed to be credited but that is just a hassle as well. Great location to the American Airlines Center Bartenders very friendly, front desk staff just ok

The hotel is a good location and there are restaurants around it. The only problem is there is road construction and it made it difficult and confusing finding the hotel.
