Upon arriving we asked the two associates outside if there was a luggage cart available. Their response was "sometimes they're available". We were the only ones there. Not sure why they couldn't help us with this, besides the fact they were too involved with each other. Once we were in our rooms we decided we needed an extra blanket. We called the front desk. They told us we could come down and get one if they had any available. What ever happened to hospitality? The good...the bed was very comfortable. The room was nice, except the fabric chair was very dirty. The Best...the staff at the restaurant was the best!!!! The morning staff was amazing as well as the evening staff. They waited on us and made sure our dining experience was the exceptional!!!!

Much to see and do within walking distance from hotel. Staff was great and the room was as well. I would recommend staying to anyone.

I loved that the hotel was right next door to Kidzania! You can literally walk from the hotel to the mall food court which is super convenient. The staff was so nice and helpful! We had a great time/ breakfast was nice! Lobby was nice!

There was dried tissue in the corner of the shower. There should be microwaves in the rooms or at least accessible on the floors. I feel that irregardless of how the reservation is booked, there should be opportunities to earn reward points.Every other aspect was top notch.

Hotel is inside the mall complex. Hotel is very clean and perfect. Staff are extremely nice. Definitely stay here next time visiting Frisco

It’s a beautiful hotel with great atmosphere but I have received better service in other 4 star hotels. However Mr Akhil provided a friendly service in restaurant during breakfast

The hotel was very clean and quiet. There was ample parking and no charge for parking. the rooftop pool area was very nice with a turf area for kids to play. The lobby even had a microwave for use, there was no microwave in the rooms. There is also a sky walk directly connecting to nordstroms. We would definitely stay here again!!

Hyatt Dallas was a beautiful hotel and a great stay. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. They beds and pillows were comfortable! Husband and I had a great stay here. The only thing in room dining service was horrible. We ordered in one night and they got the order wrong and the food was cold, however the manager did the right thing and refunded us the amount. We would definitely stay here again!!

Hyatt Frisco for the win!
Petar the server at Copper and Steel was amazing, as were the chefs! They created a delicious and beautifully plated meal (spare rib). Even the burgers were delicious. Breakfast buffet was great as was the morning staff. Check in staff were warm and pleasing as well. Great stay! P.S. Excellent parking!

Excellent but…
A great location. Quiet floor (16th) was nice. Only problems were the bed was so incredibly soft (left with a back ache) and the desk chair is a serial killer. It is heavy with no handles or way to grip it to move it. Most annoying is that it has no wheels and the feet are thin and sharp (yes… it cut my foot when attempting to move it). The chair is dangerous. Not sure why they allow it on the property. Beware.
