Staff was super friendly at check in. Friendly all weekend. Breakfast was great and had a lot of options. I ALWAYS choose hotels with breakfast, its that important to me. Staff handled multiple events and the hotel guests with ease. The biggest takeaway....staff liked working there and were happy which translated to a great experience for me.

I did not get any sleep at all because of the jackhammer going down the hall all night, there was construction on the second floor literally all night long, I would like a refund

Hello,We are sorry you felt this way, about our remodeling,Please give us your full name, Arrival/Departure Dates to verify your complaint,Our remodeling never goes all night long, we make sure workers start at 8:00AM and never goes after 5:00PM, there should never been any usage of a jackhammer nor heavy night constructions all night longThe remodeling includes painting and replacing carpet, Please give us full idea about your stay to check with all our team members on the dates of your stay

Rooms were spacious. The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable.

I stayed in a king suite. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The location was great many shopping stores around as well as restaurants. Very convenient location to where I needed to be.

Check in was alright. The front desk was a bit brusque, but then again they had a ton of cheer families checking in. Room was decent and spacious. But I definitely didn’t enjoy my cold shower, neither did my husband. There was rust on the rack in the shower and lots of dirt/mold/cracked grout as well. The property could for sure use some sprucing up.

Stay somewhere else…
Carpet was very dirty with large stains TV remote didn’t work upon arrival then the replacement remote I was given didn’t work either. Changing rooms wasn’t an option because they were fully booked. Hotel needs a deep cleaning.

Convenient location, but room was in poor condition. Safety latch on door was broken. Some young guy in a hoodie was beating on our door a 4am, then started kicking it! Breakfast buffet is pretty good.

Not our best stay
It was very strange at one point they came took all our towel except for one and emptied only one trashcan but did nothing else in our room. We were highly confused when we came in and were ready to do bath for our kids and realized there was only one towel for 4 people.

Repeat customer!
This hotel has new owners and therefore the bar has been taken out. According to the manager, the liquor license hasn't been approved. Unfortunately, the Hotels.com still shows the bar as an amenity. Breakfasts were delicious especially since a microwave is available to heat the food.

Very nice place
Love the facility. Comfy and quiet. Good location. Two complaints are the parking lot in front is very dark. Needs better lighting for safety reasons. The second is the breakfast isn't open until 6:30. There were 20 people waiting for it to open. Clearly needs to be available earlier
