Room had water leaking and staff was very rude when answering simple questions. wouldn’t go there again also the breakfast area was almost cleared out by 7:30am and there was no refills of anything

Clean, quiet, quick check in, easy checkout. Room was clean and worth the price. My only ick, there was no non pork meat options both mornings we stayed.

My stay was excellent, this hotel is much better than others in the area. The breakfast choices were really great. Chicken and waffles! Wow! The only thing about being so close to the express way is you really hear the traffic, but that is okay, turn on the tv and its just background noise. I will be back next year!

We stayed here multiples times due to a family emergency, and this hotel was the BEST we’ve ever stayed at. The breakfast was great, the staff was so kind - we specifically dealt with Alondra. This has been the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at! 10/10!

Visiting from Canada for an emotional trip and was very happy to have such a nice place to rest my head. The staff were all really nice and friendly. The place was very clean and bright. The highway was a little loud at night but thats to be expected that close to the highway. Breakfast was tasty. Over all I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, it was a good stay. The tub spout needs replacing, but other than that our room was good. The staff was nice. The hotel upkeep was solid.

The staff at this facility was terrible. They were all young and got smart when ashe’d any questions. They didn’t want to stock the breakfast area, ran out of syrup, and the hot water for tea was often cold. There were several instances where the employees were not even in the kitchen area. They were in the hallway eating area on their phones and seemed annoyed to have to get the things we needed. I was there for a youth Football tournament so there were several kids from our team and other teams staying there and they seemed annoyed and short tempered. From my team alone, there were 5 rooms booked for one week at about $1,000 per stay. The least that this facility could have done was been hospitable. We travel often for football tournaments and I will never book at Hampton Inn & Suites again.

We got a room on the ground floor. People park their cars right outside of our window. We can't scroll up the curtain at all. People can see us right in. With shade on, it is like living in the dark. Property is good, however, you can't stay on the ground floor. There is a way to improve, you can tiny half of the bottom window, or use different kind of shade, separate to two parts.....
