"One of the adjoining rooms’ alarm clock was going off from the time we arrived until the next day, in spite of calls to the main desk. Last time kids were playing in another room loudly. "

"We prepaid to stay there last night and we drove over and tried to check in at 11:00. There is no parking at the hotel so you have to valet. The valet was so backed up that people were double parked and just leaving their cars with the keys in it. There must have been at least 10 cars waiting to valet. There was no where to park - we drove around the block a few times hoping to find a place to wait for the valet or a place to park on the street - none of which we found. We ended up just driving back to Houston after the concert and got home after 3:30 this morning. Such a waste - we paid for a room we couldn’t even use because of their parking situation. We got the room so we didn’t have to drive back and risk falling asleep - instead we wasted an hour trying to find parking, wasted the room $$ and still had to drive back to Houston. Very very disappointing and we are NOT happy."
