They have the worst customer service. We asked for bathrobes and slippers, never got them even after calling three times and being told they are on their way. Asked for a spare blanket at night, they saod they are out of BLANKETS. We are never coming back to this property. And after checking out they offered us lunch lol to compensate. No thank you we don’t care for your lynch when I paid for a Kind Suite.

This an older property and it shows. My expectations of the Fairmont brand is more of a graceful maturing and this property has simply aged. Visible stains on walls, carpets, other textiles making the atmosphere more dingy than elegant. The staff accommodated an early check in which was both unexpected and appreciated. The room however wasn’t properly stocked with water, tissue, towels and lacked more modern basics like usb charging ports. They still use Le Labo products which was refreshing. The only mirrors in the room were bedside and completely covered by lamps that were the same size as the mirror making it impossible to examine ones appearance before presenting themselves in the world. The onsite shop was lacking, resembling more of a chitchat store, though they had a good selection of travel toiletries and personal odds and ends. The dinning was terrible. I had breakfast at Pyramid restaurant. The coffee was terrible and the pancakes were dense and gummy and it cost $30 for one person.. I suspect they were understaffed but the service was attentive and fast after they noticed I’d been seated.

The view was beautiful. But the valet sucks! They say call 10-15 mins ahead, yet took them over an hr to pull the car around. It just messed up our whole schedule every time we were heading out.

I didn’t like the showers. The shower had was terrible. I was very uncomfortable taking a shower. The water was shoot out very hard. It was just very uncomfortable. The showerheads need to be replaced.

Title: Disappointing Stay at Fairmont Hotel Dallas I recently spent a night at the Fairmont Hotel Dallas, but unfortunately, my stay was marred by a few issues. The room's air conditioning was not cooling the room sufficiently, despite my efforts to adjust the thermostat. I reported the issue to the front desk, and someone was sent to check on it, but nothing could be done to fix it. What was even more disappointing was that the front desk didn't follow up with me to see if the issue had been resolved or offer an alternative solution, such as switching rooms. It seemed like they didn't care about my comfort or satisfaction. While the hotel's lobby and common areas are beautifully decorated, and the staff is friendly, the lack of attention to my issue and the inability to provide a comfortable room left a sour taste in my mouth. Rating: 2/5 stars

Our room was cleaned. The staff was friendly and professional. Check in and check out was fast. All it took was 5 minutes. We were able to check in early which was a blessing. A maintenance person came to clean our room everyday. It was a nice experience over all.

2 night stay in a 1 bed King room with city view. Pros: great shower pressure, nicely decorated rooms, bed was comfortable, nice big window for city view, great location and close to everything. Large closet with safe in room. Good food for room service but overly expensive. Cons: Surcharge for everything. In room dining has a $5 surcharge, wifi costs $8 minimum, no free parking (valet fee is $55 a day). The valet also misplaced my car keys for over 2 hours after we checked out. They were very diligent in notifying me of everything that was happening but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. They leave snacks and stuff in the rooms but nothing is cheaper than $5. The rooms could use better deep cleaning. We were on the 12th floor and when we arrived the room was very humid. So much so that the windows were covered in condensation. There were some sort of splatter all over the curtains and the vents were very dusty. Some of the towels smelled really weird but we just requested fresh ones and those were fine. Overall: It was a decent stay just because the beds were clean and comfy, the room was spacious, and it was a great location to everything. Would I stay here again? No. The expense of everything was way over priced and there was a fee attached to everything. Plus the whole vallet fiasco of waiting over 2 hours for them to retrieve my keys that they lost was not great. Shout out to Sal in vallet for all the accommodations he offered to us and for comping the val

Fairmont is lovely. Downside for us is the kitchen closed at 10pm and theres not anything super close to eat right outside the hotel. Also not free wifi.

Nice clean hotel but the valet service is so unorganized. Limited parking around the hotel, forces you to valet. It took over an hour to get our car out. The hotel did credit the $50 valet fee back but we were late to our event. Need a restructuring and smoother valet service.
