"The hotel is well situated in a lively area with a shopping mall. It is a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Around the area are restaurants, shops, etc. It is also very accessible to all sorts of transportation. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The staff was kind, courteous, helpful and welcoming. "Mnar Castle is a great hotel to stay at. Located in the mountains, it's a clean, accessible resort to stay at, with plenty of activities in the local area to suit a range of guests and that appeal to everyone. A short taxi ride away to the city centre, where there are plenty of shops and a short taxi ride to the beach too. The staff are very friendly & are always on hand to help with arranging transport or to answer/help with any queries. My thanks to them for their help with everything and I hope to stay again on my next trip to Tangier."

"We went to celebrate my 50th birthday and the hotel helped decorate the room. My husband ordered flowers and cake. They did a great job and charged a low price. Very happy with our stay. The pool and beach were great. "

"Ants infested the room and in food. Hotel tried to blame us for ants and would not change room. Sprayed poison all around room that made all cloths smell. Very poor service. Could not get water or other items delivered. Dog in next villa barked day and night even though dogs not allowed. Hotel did not stop dog. Ruined my honeymoon. Overpriced for service and amenities. "
