"For the big amount of money we have paid for the stay we are very disappointed. Your hotel is not in good order and no maintenance is done since it was built. The jacuzzi didn’t work, the kids club is dirty and many things are broken. Mini golf not working, air condition in the room not working. No one spoke a word English despite this is supposed to be a 5 star international hotel. "

"The concierge staff exercise initiative and very responsive to assist carry our luggages upon check-in and check-out. The first disappointment sets in when the hotel reception staff cannot arrange for the 2 rooms which I booked to be near each other since we travel as a family. Second disappointment happened upon check out when the reception staff said that there were some greyish spots on pillow case in my room which tjey associated with hair color which I did not even color my hair.
