They suggested new places to visit, got cabs for us and provided us with extra water for our day trip. The location is perfect for visitors to walk around the center of the town. "No free water in a 5star room. When requested a glass of water in restaurant at checkout, was charged €6.50. Plenty of hotel staff but not too interested in guests. "

"Well, let’s just start with o real rating - they advertise themselves as 5 star hotel but by average American standards it’s between 2-3 There no traditional hospitality standards we are all used to ( Vegas , NYC , Miami , Boston ) equivalent to 5 stars Rooms are very small and odd shaped , bedding is Ramada Inn quality , no tubs. Heating or TV were not working in our room and staff did not care to come and fix it Pricing of more than 400$ per night is ridiculous and frankly insulting...
