Hi Scott, Thank you for taking the time to rate and review our resort. I am sorry to hear though that you thought the pool was not very clean. The swimming pool is cleaned from 6 AM until 7.30 AM, 7 days a week. It is chlorinated, hoovered and scrubbed in that 1.5 hour period. The pump is also on for 18 hours a day too. I am not entirely sure what room you stayed in, but if there was a problem you came across in your room, then we always ask the guest to inform us as soon as possible so that we can fix it. Hi Thank you for taking the time to rate and review our resort. Firstly let me apologies if your partner did not have TV in her room when she stayed. It is not as simple of getting a member of staff to fix the signal reception for the cable TV, we have to get the company that deals with our cable TV in to fix any problems. Reception staff would have informed the company in the morning via the phone, but they then take at least a day or two before they come out to fix any issues. As for the Wi-Fi that one is a mystery for us, as we have a very good signal throughout the resort with very fast speeds for the Philippines. Usually 10 Mb/s. We check this most days as we know how important the Internet is for our guests. Thank you though for your other kind comments. We do appreciate your time writing a review, as we take every review on board whether negative or positive, we strife to improve the resort.

Hi thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and rating our resort. We really appreciate the time it took to do. We were very busy when you stayed and were limited to the beds available, and the room you stayed in usually is a twin bed room, but we are very approachable and would have changed it should you insisted. I will talk to housekeeping to find out why the sheets were too small, this is the first time I have heard someone mentioning to us. I will also consider your suggestion about putting bedside tables in the room too. Thank you for that suggestion. Matt

We do try our very best to keep the beach clean, but it takes a lot of man hours to do, and last weekend as you would have seen we were very busy with most rooms booked out and so I concentrated the housekeeping staff on the rooms for the guests. Hi Louise, Thank you for taking the time to rate and review our resort. I am sorry about this mattress issue that seems to have happened during your stay here, I am not about to make any excuses for that, I have yet to interview the staff who were working that day to find out what went wrong and why there was not a mattress put in your room. It unfortunate though that you based your entire rating and review on that one issue about the mattress. It would have been nice if you had also commented on the rooms, your stay, the amenities that we offer at the resort, like the covered swimming pool, free BBQ areas and seating areas, the gardens and the private beach, free off road parking, free wi-fi throughout the resort and that we also allowed you to check in early, to name just a few things. But that all being said your one issue will be investigated by myself today to see what went wrong and to prevent it from happening again to any future guests. Again I really do appreciate you taking the time to rate and review the resort, all I have wished for though that you had not concentrated on the one negative aspect of your stay, but your overall stay including the positives too. Hi Anonymous, Thank you for your short review and rating. I am sorry that you choose only to give our resort 1 star on this visit, stating the reason that the rooms where not clean. The rooms are cleaned each and every time a guest leaves and also daily whilst a guest is staying. This includes sweeping and mopping the floor, wiping down all the side units, cleaning the shower and CR bowl, changing the towels and beddings, and cleaning the windows. There is also a card on the back of every room door stating when and what time your room cleaned and by whom. So I am not sure what areas you are talking about it not being clean, as I know from doing random room inspections that the rooms are cleaned to a high standard. I guess though some people have a much higher unrealistic standard than others for what they paid for. We are not a 5 star hotel. I am happy that you found that our staff were good, that I will pass on to them, and they are always there to assist our guests during their stay. Thank you again though Anonymous for leaving a rating and review, we do appreciate it, even if it is a negative one.
